This week, I had a conversation with a friend-turned-client that really stuck with me.

She’d received a call from the title company and texted me,

“Hey, I thought I’d hear more from you directly. I just figured since we were friends, this would feel a little more personal.”

And honestly? I get it… and yet I don’t.
